This place is the worst the absolute worst. Any adversity and this place folds. Their communication skills are non-existent the system is down again 3 days no take homes line is getting longer.

Dont waist your time at this location unless you work for yourself, you will not make it out in time for work, average wait time 20-45 mins on Sat you will wait outside in the rain or cold and they dont care why you are there! if you have a life Go to the Newport News BHG office very professional and treat patients with respect or try Crossroads in Suffolk they are also professionals
