It is all about the people that work at the store. Every time I walk into the store I'm greeted by a professional with a smile and a "Can-Do" attitude. I've been helped by three different service managers and there is no difference in the service. The very first time I visited the store I knew it would be different than other companies. I will continue to use this location for all my tire needs and recommend them to anyone who needs help with tires.

FIRESTONE IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN HAVING THE DEALERSHIP FIX YOUR CAR AND YOU CAN MAKE MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT , KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AGENTS KEPT YOU INFORMED ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR VEHICLE AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET DISCOUNTS INCLUDING MILITARY DISCOUNT WHICH LOWERED THE TOTAL PRICE.
This is another review for another car I brought in for service. As previously stated all the agents were kind, knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was being done to my car. Some parts had to be ordered to finish other work that needed to be done to the car. An appointment will be made when the parts have arrived to the store. The wait was longer about 5 1/2 hours but I was informed before I arrived of approximately the time it would take so I had my tablet because I always prefer to wait. I had 2 front tires replaced, oil change, alignment, diagnostic review and information for other parts that had to be ordered. I felt good when I left because the car was running better, the tires were worn to the wire. Good job all around.

I have had nothing but the best experience when dealing with this particular Firestone since meeting a manager named Carl a year or so ago. For me customer service, quality and value for work performed keep me as a customer. When I first met Carl while describing a problem with my vehicle he showed interest and took time to test drive my vehicle and provided recommendations. Since then I have grown to better trust their staff and allow their judgement and expertise to guide me with my car care. Ive had the best experience with the Firestone in Edinburgh. The staff are pleasant, professional, communicate well, and I believe give me honest assessments of what is needed particularly telling me if something is needed or can wait. With 170k on my vehicle I have been shopping for another vehicle but with the excellent service Ive continued to have at this Firestone I feel as if it would be foolish. I have recommended to many friends with examples of the quality Ive had from here.
