The company returned a very early morning call quickly and scheduled a 7:30 a.m. visit to pump our septic and evaluated how the drain field was performing. The three technicians, Trevor, Randy, and Zach were very efficient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Rooter-Man to anyone.

Unfortunately despite the amazing reviews they have, I have to write terrible one. We made an appointment for our septic a few weeks back, they had to switch up our previous one because they were backed up, when our day finally arrived they gave us the 1-5pm time without showing up. We called them and they said 3-5pm and then 5pm came around, we called them once more and they told us 5:00-5:30pm. It is now 5:50 and no one has shown up. We called again and the office is closed? We have used these guys before and very surprised at how this turned out.
