I was not happy with the ER today.Spent 5 hours in the waiting room .They took EKG ,blood and xraysThe woman that took my blood blew my vein up...she didnt lnow how to do it..Everthing didn't take long, just waiting on a room which never happened.I will never go back .I'm going to Sentera for now on.

My son relocated from Miami to VA and recently had to seek medical care at a local hospital. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an extremely unsatisfactory experience. Despite waiting for over 8 hours to be admitted and allocated a room, the medical attention he received was subpar. The extent of the tests conducted was minimal, limited to bloodwork and a CT scan, which revealed a swollen prostate. Following this diagnosis, he was prescribed antibiotics and discharged. However, the hospital neglected to arrange for the medication to be filled at a pharmacy, forcing him to follow up and request it be sent to a Walmart instead. In comparison to the standard of care he's accustomed to in Miami hospitals, this experience was severely lacking, evident in its mere 3-star rating. Truly disappointing.
