They delivered my package to a wrong address (just show office, which office???) I provided the exact right address but they did not know it????? My important identification material and totally 15lb other things are in my package but they only return $100 to me??? Are you kidding?? I called ups they told me I should contact ups store where I drop off my package. But the staff in this store told me I should contact ups! So what should I do???? How can I find my package and who I should contact with???

I cant believe the customer service that I am receiving from doing business with your company and someone doing business in this country. Its like you all expect to be handed money, with no questions being asked, and refusing to take bad criticism from a customer; was just told by a supervisor that my opinion wasnt valid, UPS doesn't give bad service. Thats not okay!
Just now, was on the phone with corporate to find out how my package is getting sent without any communication, with the expectations Im supposed to put time in my day aside to wait for a driver, that Im paying for, very BIG lack of communication and poor customer service. While waiting for customer service on the phone I was able to walk from my apartment to your physical store location (for them to tell me they arent a UPS store; yet advertising your name on the store sign, google, and on their T-Shirts), leave that store walk back to my apartment, before I could get an answer on the phone.
To say the very least and say it in the nicest way possible. The business you just offered is TRASH!
