My wife and I are extremely grateful to roof renew for the extraordinary job that they did at our home. From the first day on the phone speaking with a gentleman named Brian we immediately knew that this company took pride in providing excellent customer service and valued their customers. Brian is an extraordinary person and when other Gentleman came to the home to include a man name Ryan and Noah were absolutely magnificent! I have already called several people that I know that need their services to try to persuade them to hire roof renew.

Brian Ahladas and his crew are exactly the kind of professionals you want to use! Brian spent a good amount of time answering ALL my questions. He explained the process in terms I could readily understand. I was so impressed with the phone interview, I didn't hesitate to hire Roof Renew to work on my 14 year old roof. They did exactly what he described and did a superb job on top of it. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up, watered down the sides of my house and bushes (even though the product isn't harmful) and used a leaf blower to clean up everything on the roof before applying the product. Brian was extremely professional and trustworthy. Quote was accurate. Brian provided all information in writing and was not pushy. I truly got the impression that he was in the business of helping people. The crew doing the work got us scheduled quickly, was on time, explained everything, treated our property like it was their own, and did quality work. Highly recommend working with this company. Very pleasant and did exactly what he said they would. They got to me within a week of my first call. And answered all questions clearly. They fixed popped nails and any potential areas that may leak ie: around the chimney and pipes. Coated my shingles to restore their flexibility and lengthen their life. Time will tell how well it works but I am confident it will because they give a 5 year guarentee. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
