Hector Rivera, the absolute worst manager to ever walk the face of the earth. The rudest, most disrespectful, racist, selective boss I have ever met. The way many employees were treated here during my time working was unacceptable. The supervisors and workers act as if they are in some Cool kids Club. Management is absolutely horrible. The Boss (Hector) was absolutely horrible at his job. Mass fired 10-15 people with no warning and was left 3 months without a job. Was selective to who he was nice to. Fire multiple people for not driving out in a snowstorm to work as well. I hope every job board sees this and does not allow him to receive another management position ever again. The work here was very easy and relax and laid back most days, its just the management is absolutely horrendous. Hector was a absolute virus to this company.
