Palmer was hands-down the best realtor weve ever had. We were buying a home at the height of the market craze in Nrothern Virginia, so she had her work cut out for her! Palmer found us our dream home at a price we could afford (sort of). Where she really flexed her realtor muscles was in the unique offer she had us set up which ultimately helped us beat out 11 other offers. Would recommend 1,000x over!

I've worked with Palmer my Fairfax property for years--from renting it out to selling. She has been nothing but amazing throughout the years and is my only go-to realtor in the area.
