Have been going to Club Pilates now for several years, the instructors are excellent and knowledgeable. There is a great variety in the classes and it’s just a fun and pleasant place to go and workout. The participants are always encouraging too and share their experiences which always makes things interesting.

I was looking for a way to increase tone and flexibility without aggravating a herniated lumbar disc. Club Pilates has a low stress, friendly atmosphere. The instructors are great and watch your form, give you pointers, and provide safer alternatives if you have an injury. So far, I love it!

I've been going to Club Pilates in Ashburn for a few years and it such a wonderful experience! The instructors are well-trained and ensure you are getting the most out the classes while also making sure your maintain proper form and position. Best decision I have ever made for my health and well-being!
