Seema Mohanan was fantastic, explained everything in detail! Great optometrist.I got my frame and lens here as well, they work perfectly well.
However, when i compared the price of the frames on the receipt to online retail price, i see a difference of 10x. For eg. I was billed for a Claiborne frame CB 261. The retail price before the insurance allowance is given as $310. I compared the exact model and every online site is showing me a retail price of 60-70$.
I went back to the store and enquired prices of the following frames, they were all priced atleast 4x 5x times the online price. When i asked about the difference, the guy at the front desk was arrogamt about it and says this is the price they set as they let you try on the frames!
Claiborne CB318 price at this store vs online:
310$ vs 65-75$
Oakley 450$ vs 100-120$
So pls dont get your frames here! Pls ask why they are charging you more!

Very poor service, had a prescription chose a frame to go with that and they still didn’t take the order. The representative was worst to deal with. Been coming here for 3 years, won’t anymore.

Not going back and don’t recommend this place others. I had to make extra trips because wrong lens were ordered. I can understand mistakes can be made, but they acted as if nothing was wrong. There are many other options in this area.
