I was referred by the Leesburg Branch to call this office for a home loan refinance. I called and spoke to a loan officer named Christine Broyhill and she was extremely rude and right off the bat & without going into detail, made very unfounded accusations against me as if i was doing something unethical.
I have done numerous loans before and never had a loan officer start off the conversation by semi accusing me of possibly doing something unethical. I voiced my displeasure with her attitude and asked for her supervisor's name. She refused to give it to me and hung up.
Now I read that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Office of the Comptroller has fined Wells Fargo ONE BILLION dollars for cheating people on their mortgage loan fees from Sept 2013 thru Feb 2017. And they are implying that I am being unethical? What a joke!
