It been 8 days now And I haven’t received my visit summary or lab results, I called them more than 4 times and left voicemails but nobody returned my call back.

Not recommended. They claim same day appointment in their recording for marketing purposes.
I called them because I was in pain and needed a prescription asap. I was placed on hold for 30 mins because the receptionist wanted to talk to the doctor before giving me an appointment. After 30 mins the phone got disconnected. Did not receive a call back, so I called them again and was the 20th person in line. The phone was picked up after 45 mins and instead of being sympathetic, the lady told me in a rude manner that no appointment was available and to go elsewhere. So, called another telemedicine place and got a prescription. Comprehensive Medical care would have charged me over a $100 to talk to me for 10 mins and give me a prescription. The other place charged me $47.
Comprehensive Care had my business and my family's business for 5 years and now they are going to lose it. They don't care for their patients. They should at least train their staff to be polite, also remove the recording about same day appointment since they cannot keep their commitment.

Great service! Called asking for a same-day virtual appointment and they were able to get me right in.
