Really confused by the reviews as I have not had positive experiences. The office is very difficult to find as its tucked out of sight, completely out of order from the other offices (its 250, offices go 245, 255, 260, then theres a hidden hall to the left where 250 is). I was carrying my two month old in a car seat with me while other office workers attempted to help me find this place (they had no idea either). I called and left a message on their machine that I was lost in the building looking for the suite (no one picked up). When I finally found it, no one was at the front desk for quite some time and the other patient complained to me she had been there waiting with no staff present. After the front desk attendant came she proceeded to check in and bring back that patient standing at the desk (I was sitting down) whose appointment time came after mine (it was now 15 minutes after my appointment, I was not even ten minutes late). When I complained, she told me I was late and this was their policy even though I explained I would have been on time had there been a sign for the office where 250 should be or even mentioned it on the phone when I booked the appointment. She just repeated that this was their policy. I could not sit and wait with my two month old while another person went through their entire appointment.
My first, previous appointment (virtual) was also not very helpful. I had an amazing doctor where I lived previously that had crazy wait times, but she was worth the wait.

Happier then the last time. I have never had the pleasure to have people take care of me they all do. Plus they are so modern and forward looking. You will love their whole team.
