While The Clark has many nice features (ample kitchen cabinet space, nice appliances, various floorplans to choose from, etc.), those are overshadowed by the significant maintenance problems in the building. Last year, my floors began to seep water after a leak in the building. For nearly two months now, the HVAC system has been entirely nonfunctional. Without air conditioning, my apartment has reached 78 degrees. The Clark insists there is nothing more they can do to expedite the repairs, despite the nearly 2 months that residents have been waiting.

The Clark has continued to feel like a Family to me! Travis is a God-send in maintenance, Douglas is a class act and warms up the energy In Concierge, and Johnathans morning greeting and event planning has put all the icing on the cake! I love this place!

The entire experience start to finish has been great. Karen was phenomenal and showed us rhe entire building. She also informed us of community events and local attractions. Once the tour was over, we were sold, and started rhe leasing process right away.
The process took less than a day, and we were approved. Since we were moving cross country, they made sure ro communicate with us along the way. There are lots of apps and links for the clark, which makes everything so easy to navigate. We also love the concierge service, security, and Metro monitor downstairs. Being so close to crystal city Metro makes this community even better.

Karen is an absolutely phenomenal leasing agent! I realized that I had accidentally applied to rent for the wrong month and she took extra time to find another unit that worked for my budget and my (correct) timeframe. I'm super grateful for her effort, care, kindness, and professionalism.

I havent been here for one week yet however, I have a lot to say about this community... First, its absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location.
But forget about that.. If you are looking for more than a place to call home, but a place to thrive and love calling home, then this is what you are looking for!!!
The best thing about the community is the sense of community around you and the people who work hard to make sure that you have a unique experience as soon as you walk through the door:
Karen was the captain who showed me the beautiful community, listened to my concerns and found the best fit for me and my needs. She was patient and supportive throughout my search. I had toured 8 different communities in the area and she made sure to make the experience at The Clark a memorable one.
Jonathan, will be sitting at the front of the community to greet you with a compassionate smile as soon as you walk through the beautiful lobby. He will also make sure that any of your concerns and needs are addressed (even if you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment ). I went to the superbowl party that he managed and my god, it was so much fun!!! Tons of food/drink options and great people to meet and socialize with.
Doug is another concierge that I have had the pleasure of meeting who is always smiling and a pleasure to talk to. He is fun to talk to and will make sure that even if you are having a bad day that you walk away smiling!
Jen is the General Manager, I havent seen her not busy, but she will not hesitate to say hi and ask how things are going. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and how things are going.
The five days Ive been here have truly been an unworldly experience. I cant wait for the next 18 months of calling this place my home and meeting more of the wonderful people that work and live here!!
