This dry cleaning service removed the creases from a military uniform despite instructions to the contrary. I gave them another try to fix the shirt, and they proceeded to screw it againand had the nerve to charge me both times. Unfortunately, a family member picked up the shirt the second time and didnt know better. I will be returning to pick up a refund.

HORRIBLE Customer service.  First they got a glue like substance on my shirt, then put a hole in the shirt while trying to clean off glue.  While I fully expect that from time to time accidents happen, they never did anything to compensate me for the shirt they ruined. I went to the store in person 3 times and called 3 times.  Each time, they said that they had to talk to the owners. It's pitiful that even the store manager is not empowered to solve an issue for customer. The last time I went in, they admitted that they lost the shirt but still had no solution for me. PITIFUL, don't go there!
