After having a first ever encounter with police, pulled over for a traffic violation, and issued a speeding ticket along with a reckless driving charge, we asked around and our family friends recommended to contact Mark Cummings, at law firm Sher, Cummings, and Ellis. With the excellent assistance of Adam Collins, Mark listened carefully to our story, identified the alleviating circumstances and took careful and systematic steps to approach the case. He established and maintained communication with the police and prosecution, suggested a driving habits course to be taken, and made an excellent presentation of the case during the actual court hearing. Mark succeeded in dropping the reckless driving charge to a speed ticket and above all with clean DMV records. When I was charged with a traffic misdemeanor, I was referred by a friend to Sher, Cummings and Ellis, specifically Adam Collins. Adam was very helpful during our impromptu consultation call. As this was my first charge ever, I was extremely nervous. Adam listened carefully to what I had to say and gave me examples of similar cases that he had worked on. This immediately gave me confidence in hiring him as my defender. I've done research on my charge and the outcome wasn't looking favorable. However, it was evident that Adam efficiently performed his due diligence to defend me. Fortunately, I was able to enter into a lesser plea and I am certain that this wouldn't have been the case if I hadn't hire Adam.
