I have been a resident of Marbella Apartments for over ten years and have to say it has been one of the best Apartment Communities I have ever rented from. The Office Management and Maintenance Staff have always been professional and caring. Through the Pandemic I have to give Marbella Office Manager Dalia Gonzalez a 10+ in that she saw to it that all the Tenant needs were met be it with maintenance issues or rent issues as many Tenants lost their jobs or had serious health problems while her Management Staff had to work remotely .
Ms. Gonzalez and staff have always treated me with the utmost respect while the Maintenance staff came right away one time during a dangerous storm with flooding rain in the middle of the night on a weekend that caused some leaks coming through the roof and my ceiling from wind damage. He helped me secure the leaks safely until roofers came later in the weak as many apartments had roof damage. Had very little water on my rugs.
I am now retired from the local Government and starting to have some health issues with age but absolutely feel safe in my
Marbella Apartment as the Management Staff, Ms. Dalia Gonzalez will check on me per my request if they haven't seen me in awhile because I take walks or a drive almost everyday and speak to the Maintenance crew .
Again Thank you Marbella and Manager Dalia Gonzalez for allowing me to be a Tenant in a safe Apartment and Neighborhood. Dave
