I don't know about this apartment stuff. I'm living this apartment for a little bit over 2 years. When I resigned from the lease agreement, they never told me that there is gonna pay for utilities now they are saying read contract.
And then the last day of rent payment due day is the 5th of every month when I pay the 5th day they trying to charge me 10% late fee.
Please don't come to this management there is lot of apartment near Annandale hope they can just cancel my contract then I can't move to other apartment and they're have hidden fees for changing new carpet no matter how long you lived there

Ants then cockroach over and over now mice. Constantly something wrong. I dont blame the employees there is so much wrong that its hard for them to keep up they are overwhelmed. Im looking for a place to move out as quickly as possible. Its really old and dirty. The kitchen sink has feces smell coming out of it at times at one point there was some black stuff coming out of it and it overflowed to the floor. Smelled really bad.

Boya to give my opinion, I have lived here for almost two years now. And also two months after moving here I found mice
And another thing, the neighbors upstairs make too much noise at dawn. Another thing during this time that I have been living here I have never made carne Asada and as I see that other locals Asian carne Asada I decided to do it and the security came to file a report and the police called and took a photo of my grill and I didn't like it because There are many people who make carne Asada on the balconies and do not take measures and it was my first time. They filed a report for me. And here there is no grill to make meat, they should put a place to make Carne Asada. I am very upset by what the security did to me 12/16/23 I leave the date so you can see what they did wrong,
