I have been a patient of Dr Fischer for over 30 years. I have always had excellent service. Dr. Fischer's excellent background in integrative medical practices gives me confidence that Dr Fischer uses the most up to date procedures in his practice. In addition, the staff are kind and considerate and you feel very welcomed in his office. Kudos to Dr Fischer and his practice!

Dr. Fischer has been my family dentist for over 30 years. He and his wonderful staff are extremely professional, caring and thorough. Dr. Fischer has a very calming bedside manner that makes coming to get routine care an enjoyable experience. Hes also great with kids! His office has great natural based products that support not only oral health, but overall health as well. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a holistic environment and stellar care.

I moved 64 miles away, but when I lived in Virginia, I was a regular and loyal client, for over 10 years. I am considering driving the 64 miles, and paying the extra money, to be seen by him, (he doesnt accept my type of insurance) because no one fits in his shoes.
He is the best.

Absolutely would not recommend. Dr. Fischer shakes very badly (his hands.) Has jabbed me accidentally on numerous occasions. He charges 3-4 times the normal rates of procedures (esp for implants because they have someone come in to perform them.) And doesn't take insurance! I don't even want to get started on how many times they confused things with giving us what we needes to submit for our insurance. It became so complicated.
The doctor who came in and did my extraction and bone graft was extremely rough. It was v traumatic. The ladies in the front office pressured me to get a bone graft which I now regret. Please tell me why front office staff should be doling dental advicr.
I had horrible pain from a piece of plastic sticking out from a temp crown that one of the assistants put in. I had had a scheduled appt to meet with thr doctor doing my implant and afterwards, I requested the assistant who put it in my mouth take a look to get the piece out of my gum. (Dr. Fischer was not in at the time.) She did not want to look at it or help me. I ended gong back in and asking her to help me with it. She ended up shoving it down further into my gum. I had to wait several painful days, then I go in and Dr. Fischer for some reason was furious with me and asked me if I'd come in to have it looked at. I explained it was an already scheduled appt. Not sure why that is a bad thing, anyway, esp when the asst. messed it up and I was in so much pain. He literally is in my face (I was seated in the chair) and because I was afraid and in pain, I was sort of moving away when he was trying to get it out. He snapped at me and said, Well are you going to let me get it out or do you want it to stay in there - or something to that effect. He was furious. I calmly said, seriously? And the man stared me down. I said again, seriously? Because I didn't want to embarrass him in front of his other asst. This guy so needs to retire. Even when I went in to have the assistant try and get the sharp piece of plastic out of my gum, I felt very uncomfortable and like I was brushed off. I had to force myself to go back in for her to take a look and try to get it out. I understand mistakes. What was so wrong and inappropriate was how they didn't care that I was in so much pain and there was no accountability on their part and no attempt on that day to get me out of pain. Idk what has happened to this office, but is nothing good. I will say the dental hygienist is very good. She is sweet, excellent at what she does and I think she's fantastic. My husband agreed with all of the above, as well.
I will continue to go off because I want to know where a guy who's been in this business for as long as he has, gets to treat someone practically half his age the way he did. Especially considering we are doling out thousands of dollars to him. For two implants, he wanted over $19,000! I kid you not! And the lady rushes in, as I have a needle In my arm and shows me the numbers to make sure I'm okay with it and can pay it. Oh my goodness.
And do not get in someone's face and lash out at them when they've been in pain all weekend because of a sharp piece of plastic in their gum that your assistant left in there! So unprofessional and cruel! Idk what you were thinking!!!! Outdated office and you know what.. I could understand if they were not astronomically priced, disorganized, and rude!!

I have been seeing Dr. Fischer since I was about 9 years old. I'm now 55. I will not see any other dentist. In fact I moved about an hour away ten years ago and I still drive in to see him. He is a very patient, caring and personable dentist. His staff is the same way. I don't say this often but I look forward to my appointments so I can see everyone. Highly recommend!!!
