My previous doctor recently transferred her practice to this medical office. I was a little nervous because I really loved my previous doctor and was sad to see her go. But I've seen Dr. Saleeby twice and am happy to say that she's just as wonderful as my previous doctor. My whole experience has been great so far. And they have a lab on site, which is quick and convenient. I'm looking forward to future visits!

I am so happy to have found CN Internal Medicine as my primary care. It is very clean and organized and the staff are professional, cooperative, caring and attentive. Their services are high standards.
I was seen by Emily NP; she is amazing, knowledgeable, very patient and a great listener. I truly appreciate that she listens and understands my needs. It was a wonderful experience. I felt at ease during my visit and Israa took my vitals she was kind, warm and very welcoming.

I was referred to CN Internal Medicine by my previous primary care doctor, and my expectations have been blown out of the water! I am a surgical technician so I have met hundreds of physicians, but Dr. Sapan Shah is definitely one of the best. During my routine visits he has been kind and professional, and also extremely knowledgable and thorough. His staff has been wonderful too. So far I've had Chris and Maria assist me during my appointments, and they are both very good at what they do. CN Internal also has a Labcorp collection area on site, which made my routine bloodwork extremely easy. Overall, I feel truly lucky that my previous primary care doctor referred me to CN Internal, and I will be returning to them for the foreseeable future!

Love the Dr and Nurse Practitioners, but I find the appointment process is not great. On hold for 10 minutes then told I need to hold another 5-10. Its a bit frustrating.

Came in for an annual physical only, no other services, in July 2023 as a new patient and received a balance of $130+ after insurance which is unreasonable. Calling the office, this was discovered to be a billing code mistake for my appointment that only the office manager can change. Calling back multiple times, the office manager is never available, so I called Privia Billing in Fall 2023 to request an update. Privia is also not able to resolve the issue.
This issue is still not resolved as of today, March 8, 2024, and the balance got moved to collections twice. Poor customer experience and a billing headache, would recommend looking elsewhere.
