I just moved to the area and one of my neighbors recommended I use Kesterson for an issue I was having with my shower. The office staff was wonderful and answered all of my questions beforehand. The technicians were very knowledgeable of my older fixtures and were able to repair the current shower rather than trying to sell me on a new one. Very pleased to have them in the neighborhood! Kesterson Plumbing is hot garbage. We had them in to try to fix an indoor leak and shower taps. They came twice, charging us hundreds of dollars each visit, and left admitting they weren't able to figure out the problem. Clearly, my fault for giving them a second shot.
To add insult to injury, the fixes--once we had a competent plumber stop by--were easy, and cost us roughly 1/4 of what Kesterson charged... and they other group actually worked!
In short: in a world of many options, these clowns should be near the bottom of your list. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair

I wanted information about commercial service but you have a very rude receptionist, just a simple "no sorry we don't do commercial" is more than enough, not a WE DON'T DO COMMERCIAL and then hung up on you... shame

My sewer backed up and my usual plumber was busy so I called Kesterson. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and sent a technician same day to clear the stoppage. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. Kesterson is out new go to plumber!
