Honestly why is this place even open I took my son bc he was having a bad rash and he suffers from eczema and the Provider said she couldnt Prescribe anything for that she would just refer him to a dermatologist, so why are you even a doctor girl go home?the reason I brought him here was because I work and I couldnt take him during the day to his doctor thats why im saying why is this place even open if theyre not even doing their job, correct?

I was very pleased with my experience at tru Primary & Urgent Care. I was able to easily and quickly schedule an online and same-day appointment. Everyone from the front desk person, to the medical assistant, to the attending nurse practitioner (Jung Kim), were lovely. I did not have to wait long to see someone. I felt that my concerns were heard and I was quickly tested and diagnosed with covid and given prescriptions. Jung Kim was so sweet and lovely. I will absolutely come back to this clinic for my future medical needs.
