      image I have been a patient here at this location for a few years now, and they lose my order over and over again. I waited up to 3 months for 1 pair of glasses. They're nice but extremely unorganized.

      (I've had terrible experiences with *other* MED locations in Old Town, so I was skeptical about the chain as a whole.)
      The staff at this location on Duke St were so kind! Dr. Kouchak took the time with me to sort through an errant prescription I got back in the summer thanks to a rushed eye exam. He even recommended an updated contact model from the one I've been wearing for almost a decade. Emily even explained a rebate opportunity that comes with ordering a full year of contacts of that brand.
      I will absolutely be making my future appointments at this location!
