I emailed this directly to the company but wanted to share my experience with the community.
Hello Dave,
I would like to thank you and your team for really going above and beyond today but specially one individual at your company. I am the Owner of the address posted above, and would like to explain how helpful and understanding Cody was to us.
My wife and I , like any young homeowner . were stressing about repairing/replacing our heating unit. Once Cody arrived to our address he was extremely polite , and assured he would help us out throughout the course of the service call. Questions were asked about mechanical functionalities, pricing, efficiency, etc. and Cody explained in a way that made sense, did not stop moving his hands one bit, paid close attention to what he was working on and did not hesitate to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I was well aware of my units condition in no time. This employee showed me as a customer that he not only cares about the customers but he's also very aware of the shops expenses . More time at customers homes means less profit, and he nailed it. Efficient , knowledgeable , and a great individual in general.
Codys professionalism was honestly one of the best I have ever experienced. I have been struggling with health problems for the past couple of years(PTSD, Post surgery complications, etc) to the point that I almost lost my home due to being unable to secure, and maintain a job. Dealing with the Veterans Affairs can be a total nightmare but thanks to God my financial situation has improved due to proper filing and attorneys help.
I explained my situation to Cody, and he was understanding, caring and thanked me for my service which I don't get to hear much nowadays. Thank you for having such an amazing staff working under you and may God bless you all with a healthy and profitable year.

Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling recently replaced my furnace and central air. The owner and the crew that did the work were very personable and efficient. They answered all my questions and their follow up was excellent.
I received quotes from 2 other local companies and feel I definitely made the right choice. I highly recommend Perfect Temp.
