Horrible people horrible customer serviceDylan the Manager is the worst manager Ive ever seen.
He set me up with an account when I signed up he never mentioned the maintenance fee which is $60 and told me it would just be the monthly fee and when I asked him about it after I got charged 3 weeks into my membership he lied to my face by saying that he informed me about it. Then he decides to make it right and refund me the maintenance fee.
But its been a month now and I havent got it still and I dont think Im getting in anytime soon. He doesnt even treat you like a paying customer after you sign up.he is always on his phone when Im speaking to him which is disrespectful.
Pulse youll get charged an additional $10 cancelation fee when you try to cancel.
The corporate number is useless theyll do nothing for you! Ill give this place a 0 star if I could.
Spare your dollars and go somewhere else!!

The air is awful! The pools door opes right to the gym and it is like youre working out in the pool!
They had a good offer and it is cheap, but there is no fresh air in the gym.

I completely agree with other negative reviews- I've been a member for years and I've watched this place go from great to unbearable, and they don't do a thing about it.
But lets focus on the basketball court (see pics): First of all, they are asking for a lawsuit from just basic lack of maintenance. Pipes inside are leaking residue on the floors, so every night players are slipping. Also, they rarely polish the floors, so the overall court itself has poor traction which also is a safety concern. The rims are damaged and uneven, and they never bother to fix them. Even simple things like when the nets need replacement- which take a minute to fix- they will leave the rims netless for days.
Every year at random times (but usually around feb-March) they will close the court down every night at 11pm. We pay to have the 24/7 court, and the fact they close it down is unfair to the paying customers.
Other things to note: it stinks as soon as you walk in. The steam rooms are poorly managed and unhygienic (I get sick nearly every time i go in there) and management just nods their heads if you ever bring concerns up, then just go right back to playing on their phones or whatever without a care in the world.
You need new management that will actually give a dang about this place and start making it better, or this is place is going to continue to rot and go bankrupt. Start by fixing the court- DO SOMETHING
