image Very nice, caring staff. The name has changed, but they will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend these guys for ALL your auto repair, lockout services, and towing needs. They are certainly first class people!

image Called and asked if they could look at my car today. Was told to bring it in after lunch. I got to the shop at 1:00 and the door was locked and paper on door said gone to lunch back at 1:00. I was there until 1:30 and no one showed up. I read all the reviews and they were good but I'm not impressed when someone can't tell the truth. Won't be back

image Horrible service. They prey on those that they think know nothing about cars. Charged me almost 400 labor to change 2 ball joints even though I brought the parts in. I only had them do it because I needed something else worked on that required the ball joints to be disconnected in the first place. They didn't even fix the original problem after 48 hours of having my car. This problem was a differential bearing seal on the drivers side that was leaking. They told me they cleaned it up drove it around and said it wasn't the differential bearing but possibly a power steering line that was leaking from above it. First the power steering lines are on the opposite side of the car. Second i drove it for half a mile then looked under it and sure enough the differential seal was still leaking. Not from above but from the seal itself which is why i brought the car in. When talking to the staff about why the price was so high and letting them know i brought the car in simply because i did not have time to fix it at the moment, they proceeded to say and i quote " if you know what you claim to know about cars you would know that it takes a long time to change the ball joints on a 4 wheel drive." got the car home and it took me 2 hours to fix it with basic tools in my own garage. After speaking with other shop owners around the area they said that i was ripped off and they have had to re-repair a lot of work that has been done to other vehicles worked on by this shop. Although they did fix the ball joints and did a good job on that they way over charged for the work that was actually done to the vehicle. 4 hours to change 2 ball joints and rotate 4 tires is average but what happened during the other 44 hours they had my car for? I definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

We do nothing of the sort! It takes over 4 hours to change out 2 ball joints on that vehicle, we rotated the tires which you were not charged for and added transmission fluid due to it being low. You refused further repair of the vehicle due to the cost. I am sorry that you were unable to afford the further repairs needed in order to fix your vehicle. We stand behind our work so if something is wrong with the ball joints we replaced or with the parts you purchased, then we would have been happy to take a look at it.
