While some of the benefits offered at other companies are not enjoyed here I can honestly say what is offered more than makes up for it. The culture of work at Nimble is great. Some may say otherwise but I can attest that as long as you do your job and do it well the management will continue to support you and provide you opportunity for growth. Raises came frequently based on performance so if you are a top performer in the field this is the place for you. Some companies claim to be family first but this company really means it. Management will go out of their way to accommodate any family issues you may have and give you ample time to take care of it. During my time with this company I never felt as if there was any real pressure to work through my scheduled days off. I worked a 2wk on 1wk off schedule and occasionally had to modify it to suit my family needs but there was never any problem. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. If you're looking for some good income at a company that respects you this is it.
