Sold a car to us. Was inspected on the 2nd of the month by him, wouldnt pass inspection on the 21st because the back shock was broken. Enough rust on said broken shock that it was obviously broken a while before the 2nd. Guy was angry about the whole situation prior to every finding out about the shock. Crooked guy, wouldnt trust him.
