Thank you to Alex who helped with my Amazon return. I inadvertently had a code for UPS store, not Staples. Alex was patient, could navigate my iPhone upside down, knew way more than me and made every effort to get it done. What a FABULOUS STAPLES EMPLOYEE! Her purple hat matched her purple tee shirt and her welcoming and expert help was fantastic! Give Alex a raise$$$!!!

Don't waste your time! This is the only UPS drop-off location within an hour of here. Don't make the mistake and think it's an actual UPS store which they then told me it is not as I'm there with the return in my hand. Rather than help to actually allow me to return the item. Nowhere on the site or at the store does it say "drop-off" location only. Something about not having a store front now f's over everyone trying to return anything. I will not be wasting my at this poor location at all. Way to make it "easy" to return UPS and Staples. Lost my business

Jessica at the print shop is so helpful. She cares about the projects and took the time to help me two different times fix print projects. I would recommend this print shop! Thank you so much.

The amount of money this store makes youd think it would be different. Every retail store is skeleton crew only. Always a giant line. That being said i dont blame the employees most are dope to deal with the one old guy that can barely move is rude as hell but the rest are good people. Im here almost everyday dropping off packages for my business and getting shipping supplies. Staff get 5 stars but staples gets zero for how they staff and expect their employees to actually provide service.
