      image This company has terrible customer service, not to mention they should further investigate before coming after individuals. This was a medical insurance issues that their party was at fault for not submitting insurance claims correctly. They also have not bothered to send me any proof or confirmation that all money owed has been paid. Oh but they are quick to serve you with papers.

      image WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Rude uncaring people that will try to take you for all your money and keep taking on fees without informing you!!! Just straight robbery. 2 of the women on the phone Ive had the displeasure of speaking with were racist, they will talk over you, and hang up on you. They lie and lie to you about what they inform you about and tack on fees wherever they see fit.
