This place has been great! The staff is friendly and super nice! I've never had a bad experience. I've got 3 kids who are currently being seen here and they love it!

AWLFUL SERVICE! I got my braces off in august and my permanent retainer kept cutting my mouth so when I got it off they seemed pissed for some reason and shaved down my front tooth all the way and now i cant drink anything cold with out it hurting so bad! SAVE A TRIP DONT GO HERE

In 2019 I got braces with Utah Orthodontic Care and they were taken off in 2021.
After getting my braces off, they put permanent retainers on that broke off within 6 months. Since then, I have been using the plastic retainer.
My life has been busy lately and I havent been wearing my retainers as needed, causing my teeth to move.
Yesterday my child got a hold of the retainers and broke them. Hoping to get replacements I reached out to Utah Orthodontic Care.
I am SO frustrated because they advised that they DONT keep the original scan of your teeth, and a new scan would be needed to get replacements retainers AND the price went up from $200 to $300.
Not only did I spend THOUSANDS of dollars on braces, I would have to pay $300 for replacement retainers for my teeth that have slightly moved. No I do not want molds of my moved teeth, no Im not going to pay $300 for those retainers and then what, have to pay again in a few years?!?
Im extremely upset with Utah Orthodontics Care. I referred my mom, who finished her braces and now my niece has braces through them.
Save your time and money, and go elsewhere. A legitimate orthodontist that saves ALL of their patients scans (and provided warranties) .
I will be sure to never refer anyone here again, lesson learned.
