      image Sent a constable to my door with an intent to sue letter. 6 months ago I told them I was filing for bankruptcy and that they need to contact my lawyers. Them sending a constable and harassing me with debt collecting tactics was actually against the law. What a shady lawyer.

      This guy should be disbarred and thrown in jail. Seriously.
      He buys old debts no one cares about and sues for huge amounts of money. Asks for ridiculous settlements that don't even make sense, (70% of WHAT?!) then if you try to defend yourself instead of taking the default judgment, he belittles you to the court. All while rescheduling court dates to take Hawaiian vacations. This man is truly the scum of the earth. Beware.
