Had an incident with our home where the bathtub was leaking in the upstairs down into the ceiling in the kitchen. But because the repair $500 ids lees than the $1000 deductible, Im obviously not going to file a claim. But thanks for not offering any help on the cost. Even though I pay you a premium every month.

I'm sorry you felt we didn't meet your customer service expectations. Simply explained, an insurance policy cannot pay anything out unless a claim is filed. If your damage was less than your deductible, you wouldn't have reason to file a claim.
