I reached out to Michael & Sons Plumbing about my malfunctioning hot water heater. I was soon contacted by Peyton who arranged to send out a plumber, Bryce. Bryce collected all necessary information from the faulty water heater and Peyton got back to me with a quote. Although the price was slightly higher than I anticipated, I decided to proceed with the service. Bryce arrived in Vernal punctually as promised and carried out a top-notch installation. Bryce was my plumber and he was fantastic! He rectified our poor water pressure issue in the building and fixed several leaky taps. He was pleasant and professional and provided excellent advice. Bryce also connected me with Michael & Sons Plumbing to get a new water softener for our hard water and they came out that same day to install it. I'm extremely pleased. Ive also used them for plumbing-related electrical work and they deliver high-quality work. Edwin and Peyton, their employees, are so helpful and pleasant!

A trustworthy and dependable plumbing service. I spoke with the receptionist at Michael & Sons Plumbing on Saturday and was informed that Peyton would get back to me on Monday as he was the one handling the snake piping with a camera. True to their word, I received a call as scheduled and arranged a visit for the following day. They arrived promptly in Vernal and carried out an impressive job. I had a number of questions and they didn't hesitate to provide answers, even offering additional advice on other house-related issues which exceeded the scope of the initial job. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael & Sons Plumbing to my friends, family, and anyone in need of a reliable plumbing company.

When our plumbing system stopped functioning late in the afternoon before a chilly evening, Bryce from Michael & Sons Plumbing was there first thing the following morning in Vernal. He greeted me by name at the entrance, was incredibly polite in our residence, and even took a moment to befriend one of my timid felines, significantly reducing the cat's anxiety which meant the world to me.
