Internet has been down for two weeks. They sent a guy out to fix it. We weren't there (he didn't fix anything). We called back and they said they would send the same technician out, but it would be in another week. They think it's fine to go without Internet for weeks at a time.
Also, they don't give you any local phone numbers so when you call in you're only dealing with people from corporate. They won't let you talk to the local technician. If they let you talk to the technician you could actually solve the problem. Bad company, stay away.

First of all, I am not one to write reviews, but this was just so bad. I wish I could give negative stars. This is literally the worst company. You wait on hold for forever and get transferred multiple times before anyone even tries to help with your issue. The Internet was so slow and so I called and they were going to send out a tech to hook up a second modem. They never showed. I was charged anyways. I called and did a dispute and they said it would take a week. Called after a week and they couldn’t find the dispute on their system. I did another one and got a confirmation number. This lady told me it would take a month or two and would be credited to my bill. I cancelled service at the same time and she said it would still be credited and then I could pay the remaining balance. Waited 2 months. My dispute was denied because I cancelled service, even though I asked multiple times if cancelling would effect it and was told no. They are now telling me there is nothing they can do, that I owe the balance for services I never received and will send me to collections if I don’t pay it. Go with any other company besides them. Even if you have to pay more. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Sister had them. They automatically renewed a contract (what??) without informing her and charged her an early termination fee when she had to move. The internet service wasn't reliable anyway. This kind of service is so bad it should be illegal.

Had Frontier internet for the past couple of years service was never good Wi-Fi almost never worked. Go to cancel them paying for me I still owe them for another month because they charge after the fact. And they charge every person a disconnect fee even if you're not under contract. Took of three different phone calls with an average 20 minute wait hold for them to even explain what the different fees they had thrown on the end of my bill were. Their own employees don't understand all the things they add to your bills. Not worth it!
