The lady( or man lady) that checked me out has me waiting in line at 7 am when I was the only person there so she could finish up what she was doing on her phone. Then was annoyed and rude when she did have to help me. She needs an attitude adjustment

I was super unsatisfied, I was overcharged Im pretty sure they charged me for the previous persons mileage as well as mine, not to mention I received it and just under half a tank and the online system said I needed to be at 3/4 tank. I think altogether the online system didnt update from the previous renter. How many people do they do this to everyday? Getting double pay for every rental, I might have avoided this if I didnt do the online rental. Who knows? When I spoke with customer service they said they wouldnt do anything because the mileage matched.

Tiffany the assistant manager is great she helped me with a couple different problems and got them resolved right away. The rest of the staff is courteous and helpful as well. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit from there.

Had a great experience with the customer service here. They were quick and helpful with everything. The GM Heather was super friendly and the team was wonderful as well.
