I am sorry that your husband had a difficult time. I reviewed our records, and it shows that we discussed the need of him seeing an endodontist for a badly decayed tooth on 2 separate visits. This was not a surprise. The old filling was patched, and the patch came out due to the pressure of sinus infection shifting the tooth. This was repaired again at no cost. The preferred antibiotic for infection was discussed with your husband and he didn't state any concern with the suggestion. Other medications are available. The speed at which a prescription is filling is on the pharmacist. We have tried to reach out by phone twice to address these concerns and offer any help, but getting no response. We would love to discuss it further and explain how this predicted dental outcome would unfold if left untreated over the past 5 months. We should discuss it with the both of you together, and we can review our x-rays, pictures and notes.
