My wife is getting her Orthodontics here, it has been a bad experience. The cost is very high without insurance and she is supposed to be seen every 4 weeks, which becomes 8 to 10 weeks if you reschedule the appointments. I don't recommend anybody to this place.

I had my braces done by Dr. Payne back in 2014 when I was a teenager. When I got my braces off my teeth were perfect! 8 years later my teeth still look amazing! He is by far the best orthodontist in the state of Utah. Dont look anywhere else if you need braces. Dr. Payne is the G.O.A.T!

Highly dont recommend! Scammers! I was told in consultation by dr Payne himself that my daughters bottom teeth would be fixed and I told him how that was my biggest concern. Her top teeth were perfectly fine and straight, no need for braces there. I was charged $1000 for braces . I was told that included bottom teeth for braces. I even double checked with two of his assistants to make sure I understand that included bottom teeth braces and they both confirm to me that it did. After treatment started everyone is now telling me that in stage 2 and different cost. I was never told this by dr Payne in consultation. Even when I confirm with his two assistants they never told me this either. BEWARE, dont fall for their bogus excuses of treatment not done until stage 2. There is an amazing dentist in daybreak that will do the bottom in stage 1 and be upfront about costs in consultation.

Payne Orthodontics is a top notch place if you are looking for orthodontic care. Most of their clients, which is typical of the business, are younger, but they also take care of adults, like myself.
Dr. Payne is awesome and seems to genuinely care about the patients and their progress. I've been coming here for about 2 years now (almost done) and been very impressed with all the staff. My kids are also patients here and we've been very happy with their care as well. Really, whatever stage you are at in life, this is just a great place.
The assistants are super friendly and helpful and do their best to make it as painless a process as possible.
Front desk staff are great as well, Melinda is super friendly and does her job very well, they got lucky finding her.
The facility is immaculate and upscale, but the price is on par with other places, except they have all the newest high tech stuff on site as well as their own lab to make retainers and whatnot, which means quick turn around when you need a fix or replacement.
They even have an arcade for the kids (and parents) to play while waiting. Large Tvs in each with area, typically playing Disney movies, to help distract the patient from what's going on inside the mouth.
They also have referral discounts and family discounts, so if you have multiple people in the family that need braces or whatever, they will give you a little break.
I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!
