We retained Robert Boroff & his team @ Reaction Search International to perform a nationwide search for 10 senior level sales executives in 10 different markets concurrently. It was a difficult search as we needed to hire quickly and required highly technical qualified candidates with verified track records of selling to fortune 1000 enterprise accounts @ the C-Level in 10 different diverse geographic markets. I can not comment enough on the hospitality and professionalism my team experienced when we visited each Reaction Search office to conduct in-person interviews with selected candidates, the RSI team even provided lunch for us. Robert and his team @ Reaction Search did a great job in presenting strong candidates. We were very satisfied with the results!

Waste of money. Their 'due diligence' for assisting in your job search are 'bulk emails' and 'leaving voice messages.' Maybe this company will be beneficial for people just starting their careers, but for mid-level job seekers who are looking to make a career change, I would steer clear. Also, my search wasn't limited to one area, but the WHOLE of the west coast, and even after 5-6 months, there wasn't even an interview. After 3 months, the 'progress' email became less and less. When I did follow up once, there was an 'interested company', however I never received any communication from this company, and it was in an industry that was on my 'Not Interested' area of their introduction documents. After emailing Kim Boroff, all of a sudden I started getting progress emails again, and follow up emails from her team. After asking for a partial refund, as I had better results getting interviews on my own, she called out how I didn't respond to an email. Well, that email was sent AFTER I asked for a partial refund, as prior to that I responded to all their communications within 24 hrs. Also, the answer to their lack of results was to add weekly meetings to my calendar. Just note, I am a full time professional, w/ a full calendar, and I thought the purpose of paying their 'premium' rate was so I didn't have to be so hands on. Defeats the purpose of hiring them.
