Very disappointed. I contacted Brian Geer 4 times and texted once and no one returned my call. I wrote a review hoping that someone would apologize and reach out, instead I saw my review has been deleted. What a shame, I will be sure to let others know how you prioritize business.

My husband and I were getting ready to relocate from St. Louis, Missouri and build on our lot in St. George, Utah and we needed to find a builder. We started by looking at the Parade of Homes, and then from there chose which builder worked in our subdivision. There were three builders working in our neighborhood and I picked Brian Geer because he had built a really beautiful home. I called him and he said he was close to our lot and that he'd call me back from the lot. We felt really comfortable with him and from there, never spoke with another builder. We flew out a month later and met with him and started making plans. We couldn't be more pleased. We felt that it was a collaborative effort and that we were cared about the whole way through. I worked a lot with Brian while my husband was still in Missouri, and felt like I was part of the team during the process. I had a great experience with the process and I'm really grateful we went with his company. If for some crazy reason we ever have to build another home, we would only go with Brian.

I Googled for a home builder and saw Brian Geer's name listed a couple of times, so we reached out to him. We met with four contractors and narrowed our selection down to two, and then eventually chose Brian. He actually came out to our lot to met us there to discuss the house plans. He was really good to work with and always gave us sound feedback. Weekly walk-throughs with Brian demonstrated progress made and alerted us to next steps for construction and owner selection of materials. He was spot on with budgets and all transactions are documented with completed paperwork from sub contractors so there is never a question as to what or where the money was spent. His time projections for completed work are realistic and accurate, and every effort was made to adhere to them. Brian has a really good eye for detail and quality, He has been superb, and we have no complaints. This is the third custom home we have built and he is by far the best contractor we have worked with.
I sincerely recommend Brian Geer Construction for building a new house and can assure it will be made of high quality materials and of the finest workmanship.
