You will not get any attention from this office. In closing on a property I tried various times to get a quote to no avail. You'd think they'd jump on the opportunity but not even my loan officer was able to make contact. I even tried to get a quote to bundle all of my vehicles and property and legend has it they are still "working on it". Absolutely unprofessional.

My insurance is way outrageous for a 98 Ford explorer with over 250k miles 160 a month and I have never been able to get ahold of this guy to ask why it went up so much and even when I purchased a new motorcycle I had to go through another agent to get insurance

You cannot get a hold of this office for anything. I have emailed, called, and even sent texts. My husband and I are looking into switching because we cant get anyone to respond back to us.
