Over a decade ago, I had insurance with in Kaysville. Maybe two decades. A few days ago, I got a mailer from you and for the first time in my life, decided to open it rather than toss it in the trash (something I do with gusto on everything else like that I get in the mail.)
I called over and Tiffany answered the phone. She had another call on the line but got my information. I was on another call when Danielle called and had to call her back.
Now, keep in mind that at this point, I have spent MONTHS trying to get my current insurance company for the cars to get my house insured. They have always been great to work with, but I have probably called 6 times asking them about my new homeowners policy. I remembered my dad saying he would only work with AmFam and decided to give it a shot.
The prices quoted to me were more than I was paying, but I practically had to beg Danielle to sell me more. I was starting to consider adding more life insurance to what I already get through work.
No joke, she was so kind, relatable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, that I didn't care about the extra cost. Paid the year up front on the house and she is going to take care of getting the other insurance cancelled and move the cars over.
Give that girl a raise... YESTERDAY!!!
I'm really big on customer service. I like knowing that I am talking to someone who also views me as a real person and not just a "potential customer." I worried that maybe I had paid for my cars for longer at the other place because I showed a zero balance, but I was ready for her to take my card info and just start everything today. She talked me out of spending more now! How rare and incredible is that?!
Seriously, not only did she stay on the phone with me until 4:30 on a Friday afternoon to make sure all my questions were answered, but if she and Tiffany are an indication of what I can expect from your office... customer for life.
(Can't emphasize how much I am not kidding right now --- give her a raise!)
