Erik Asarian was our listing agent on a Deer Valley Condo. I am 100% satisfied with Erik Asarian and his team at Park City Keller Williams Real Estate. Erik has a wealth of knowledge and experience about Real Estate in the Park City area and this came in handy when my wife and I recently visited Park City to look for property. First, we used his numerous newsletters to help narrow our search for where we wanted to live. Second, we shared a list of properties that we were interested in seeing and he provided information not readily available to help us narrow that list to the highest potential ones. Then, when we visited Park City, he took us through 12 properties that met our criteria, all in one day. It was super-efficient! While we were there, we made an offer on a property. Erik helped to guide us through the negotiation process remotely (we are located in the Southeast US), secure a contract, and then help with getting the place inspected and eventually closed on. We even did the walk-through on the day of the closing using Facetime! It was great to have someone as trustworthy as Erik representing us. I wish all my real estate transactions could have been this customer-service focused. I highly recommend him if you are looking for any type of property in Park City!

My husband and I live in Houston and wanted to buy a lot to build on in Utah near our favorite ski resort. Greg and Erik walked us through our options and helped us narrow down to the area best for us. Since we were doing this from afar, they sent multiple pictures and videos to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. They also helped us find a great survey company and gave us other resources that aided in our decision. We closed a little over a month after first talking to Greg and Erik and can’t be more thrilled with our purchase.
