Took a while for someone to come out. But they eventually did. But now we've been waiting for our window to be replaced and it's been over a month

Horrible customer service!!! I just spent 15k through this company and am having window problems and they wont answer any of my texts or calls. DO NOT USE ALSIDE WINDOWS

So frustrated with this company. I have been trying to get 1 window replaced for over 6 months and am constantly getting the runaround from their parent company Associated Materials and their contractors. I finally got some help from Andrew only to get stuck again with the contractor - Therma-glass. I'm one of at least 5 owners in my neighborhood who are dealing with the same problem. Lousy quality windows and poor customer service. Stay away from Alside.
