I have never written a negative review about a company, but unfortunately I feel I need to to be heard. I attempted to cancel my membership in March, and was met with extreme rudeness from the management team. Not only were they not helpful, they talked down to me and lacked any sort of professionalism. After finally being told my membership was cancelled in late March (I even have this in writing), I was just charged on 4/10. I have never been so frustrated with a company. How hard is it to keep your word, and treat your customers with respect?
I will not be returning after this due to how I was treated, and I suggest you don't give them your money either.

I have been going to this Gym Forever!!! This place is the best in town for multiple reasons, but if you’re not sure just stop by and ask for a staff member to show you around! The Manager is always incredible!! So grateful for the updates as well as the local gym family that never changes! Happy to call This place my Gym of choice after almost two decades. Come check it out!
