Called to report a man that has recently been seen at my apartment complex taking pics of children. Was basically told since they only have 2 officers on duty at all times and because I didnt get a make and model of the car, even tho I provided a very detailed description of the man and car, and that they wont be doing anything or patrolling the premises. Protect and serve? I dont feel very protected right now. I understand they are short staffed, but where theres a possible predator roaming around, I would think they would offer a bit more service and protection. This isnt the first time dealing with them about unsafe situations reported here by me that theyve done nothing about.

I went in to turn in a wallet I found in the road. Thought I could drop it off and leave. The front desk lady first told me Id have to go to a different police station. After asking if I could just leave it there, she asked me to fill out a paper with all of my info and I said no and asked if I could leave the wallet there. She told me an officer was dispatched and would come meet me (in the police front office?) and I asked if I could leave and leave the wallet there. She then proceeded to say are you nervous or something? Why dont you want to talk to a police officer? And I said no. I didnt think trying to do a good deed would be such a hard process and I have other things to do, not wait for an officer when I could leave this here. She rolled her eyes and she finally said I could just leave it there. The office supervisor came out to my car to personally thank me though, so he made up for her acting like a fool. I probably wont be turning in anymore found items, thanks for making my experience awful, lady.

Disappointed, Nowhere on their website does it say that traffic court is later than small claims. The officer that pulled me over told me to be there first thing Tuesday, I took the morning off work to take care of my violation, only to find out that traffic court isn't until 1pm. I lost a whole day of work because of this, I even called for hours and NOTHING was said. The ladies at the front desk acted like I was the idiot for showing up. Very poor assistance. I'm not even made about my ticket.
