      image Basically good value for money.
      The air conditioning/heating in our room was broken and was replaced within half an hour. Top!
      Deduction for below-average breakfast and that the outdoor pool was not heated for the entire duration (7 nights) and was therefore unusable for our kids when the outside temperature was 14 degrees. It said Heating defective and that they were working on fixing the problem. When we asked the pool boy, he said that the pool had been broken for a long time and would not work until further notice. A pity.

      image Central location and beds were comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette. Couple things were sub par. TV didnt have many options for us (Netflix and DirectTV). Toilet is loose and rocks back and forth. The AC couldnt keep a constant temperature - it was cold and then hot and always loud when it was on. The hot tub and spa are broken. It is loud because it is right on the main drag. The breakfast area was so crowded at 8:30 and the staff had a hard time keeping up with the people (food on the floor and out of different foods and trashes overflowing). Definitely didnt feel like I got my moneys worth for 200+.
