Tried contacting Brad Wilkinson's agency over the course of 2 weeks to try to fix a few issues I've had with my policies I held there. All my calls were directly sent to voicemail and I never received a call or email back to get in contact with me. I'm sure Brad offers great services but that is impossible to determine when you can't get in contact with them. Well I switched too their insurance cause brad called me offering me a $50 per mo. Cheaper monthly amount for coverage. I paid up front for 10 days starting 20th Dec then the full month of January. I never received a bill in the mail or an email stating my next payment for feb was due and forgot not knowing the exact date it was due till around Feb 29 brad called and I was informed they were cancelling my insurance due too nonpayment for feb. I promptly located a new insurance company. At the end of Feb I received a $ 425.00 statement I assumed for coverage for the next 6 months cause of the high amount. I emailed then and told them I had new insurance company and did not need their insurance I never received a reply back from this email. In June I discovered my credit was ruined as allstate had sent me too collections. I called heads office they said they needed too contact the main headquarters and investigate they knew nothing. I called the main office myself and was informed I owed over $400 for the months of Jan and Feb. I had paid for 10 days in Dec and January up front as insurance company's have you do that. I asked her beins my prior insurance co. Charged $120 a month why the hell would I switch too an insurance costing over $200 a month. She had no answer too this. She tried too talk me the dev payment I made was for the 10 days in dec only. Not for Jan. What insurance co. Let's you pay the first amount for 10 days only and what insurance contines too cover you other than immediate cancellation wjen you do not pay. They are liars im 100% certain my original payment was for 10 days in Dec and the full month if Jan cause ibwas told that originally and did not receive notice of cancellation till after Feb 10th approx for not paying Feb. This has led too drastic distuptokn in my credit I was attempting too get a loan which I was not approved too cause of these lying greedy pukes making up some random amount that they felt I owed them. I have zero clue how they came up with the over $200 a month amount they changed up and said i owed they cannot explain why it was not cancelled in Jan. If I had not paid for Jan. They can't tell me why I never received an email or paper statement for the month of January (I know it's cause I paid up front for january) these people are completely oblivious too any explaining of how any of this has happened too me and could care less that they lied too me and ruined my credit so gee thanks allstate Well I switched too their insurance cause brad called me offering me a $50 per mo. I have thankfully had to have little interaction with this agency. I get their emails. They don't really bug me. They send me nice holiday emails. It is a good experience altogether.
An update. I met with Brad on some questions I had. It was helpful. Brad was good to work with. Was easy going for me which I appreciated.
