I truly can't rave about this office enough. The staff is incredible and I feel so taken care of by Dr. Presley. They offer free in house whitening with your bi annual cleanings, amazing! Just got mine whitened and they look incredible. Dr. Presley fixed my chipped front teeth and they look stunning, I truly can't stop smiling. I needed a new retainer and the dental assistant told me to come in when they're closed so she could take my impression for them so I could get my retainers ASAP. Unbelievable customer service here! I never have to wait long for my appointment or to see the dentist. My past dentist had me wait one hour just to do a check up and that was my final straw there. Every time I come here Dr. Presley is waiting for me! I can't say enough good things. The only place I plan to go from here on out.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!  I went in to get my teeth whitened for my wedding (they claimed whitening was free if I was a current patient) they insisted that I needed a X Ray & Teeth cleaning before they would whiten my teeth.  They acted like this was simply part of the process of teeth whitening.  I turned them down multiple times because I was not interested and did not have time, but said it would only take a minute.  After finally being coerced into the X-Ray & Cleaning they then let me know whitening would be $250 and that the X-Ray/Cleaning was another $300.  Walking into this appointment I NEVER asked or wanted X-Rays/Cleaning, I felt tricked and taken advantage of.  After having these X-Rays they let me know that I had 1 root canal and 3 cavities that needed to be taken care of ASAP, which they then quoted me $4,000 to fix.  I then went to another highly recommended dentist office that let me know I had zero issues with my teeth and was probably being scammed.  I will say that Morgan Presley successfully DID straighten my teeth using Invisalign. However, after they cleaned my teeth they broke the permanent retainer bar holding my smile in place.  They now refuse to replace or fix their mistake and I am still paying off this ONE visit, not to mention the cost of replacing the retainer bar they broke.WORD TO THE WISE: If you want dental work done, visit a real dentist and if you want to whiten your teeth get crest white strips.
