The front desk is easily one of the most courteous front desks that I have ever encountered. Every employee goes out of their way to greet you and make sure that your stay is going well. The cleaning service is thorough and very good. The free breakfast is a welcome addition. Overall, this hotel is an incredible value that is enhanced by the tremendous employees that work here. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Walkability: There are several restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

This place is in serious disrepair. The rooms appear like your average room, a little outdated. However the room was not clean. The toilet had a ring , the shower had not been wiped down, hair in the sink. There was some sort of fluid behind the toilet. The pool/hot tub area is where the most notable neglect can be seen. The pool and hot tub were filthy. The tiles falling off. Mold growing on walls and in the pool. Paint peeling off. The pool shower was not working. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The front desk staff didn't seem to care much about anything. Let me just say that we took several pictures and I wanted to finally post my review and when I got online to find the hotel I was confused because the hotel online looks nothing like the one where we stayed. Very disappointed. We used some of our points and paid $60 to stay here and even that felt like too much. We would appreciate a refund of our points.
